Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a world leader in cordless technology, seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead selection processes in Iberia for Commercial Technical Advisors and Tool Demonstrators profiles.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an internal recruiter or in an agency
• Fluent level of Spanish and English (Portuguese valuable)
• Experience in selecting commercial and/or industrial profiles
• Ability to manage multiple processes in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in direct search and market mapping
• Knowledge of ATS (preferably Workday)
• Knowledge of the Iberian labor market and its selection practices
