Site Quality Manager - Sabarmati Depot

At Alstom, we're looking for a full-time Site Quality Manager in Sabarmati. As a Site Quality Manager, you'll ensure the deployment and maintenance of quality assurance and quality management activities at the depot, work closely with teams across the business, manage quality-related interfaces with customers and suppliers, and much more.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, or equivalent)
• Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving processes
• Knowledge of quality assurance and industrial-level processes
• Familiarity with project management principles
• A certification in quality management or relevant field
• Technical understanding of railway products
• Fluency in English and an international mindset
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and resilience under pressure
• Strong team collaboration and adaptability
