Superviseur maintenance

Maintenance Supervisor located in Greater Montreal (QC), CA. Responsible for managing daily activities and employees to ensure safety and regularity of train operation. Supervise employees, plan and assign workload, establish performance expectations and monitor them, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational training diploma (DEP) in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in French in both writing and speaking, English proficiency would be an asset
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and possess solid time management skills
• Previous railway experience would be an asset
• Previous supervision experience in a unionized environment would be an asset
