Job Description
Join Alstom's Support Analyst team as a Ody.C Support team member to support users and perform functional administration of the new Tool. Contribute to Ody.C deployment, support projects and tenders, and perform first level of support for users. Deliver access to new users and deliver trainings on Ody.C WoW, processes, and functionalities.
Requirements
- Advanced University Degree in engineering and/or Finance and/or Information technology
- Strong appetite to work in tool functional administration
- Fluent in English, other language appreciates
- Finance knowledge (project controlling) is a plus
- Experience as support team is appreciated
