Job Description
At Alstom, we're looking for a full-time System Engineer in Belgrade to lead system engineering studies and work with collaborative teams. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating system engineering, developing system specifications, and managing interface definitions.
Requirements
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of railway systems, operating requirements, and available equipment and systems
- Knowledge of system engineering methodologies such as MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering)
- Familiarity with leading engineering/technical functions in railway projects
- Fluency in English and contract language
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to promote teamwork and challenge subsystem solutions for global optimization
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering/technical roles, including at least 3 years in managerial positions on turnkey railway international projects
