Job Description
We are looking for a System Engineering Manager to join our team in Belgrade. The role involves developing specifications, leading engineering activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering, experience in railway systems, and strong communication and coordination skills.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Experience or understanding of railway systems, operating requirements, and available equipment
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering/technical functions in railway, including 3+ years in managerial positions in turnkey railway international projects
- Expert knowledge in System Engineering
- Fluency in English and the contract language
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration
- Knowledge of system engineering methodology (e.g., MBSE)
- Ability to challenge subsystem solutions for global optimization
