Alstom is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across Europe, with a focus on sourcing and engaging top talent.
Requirements
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to define recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct search (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Conducting interviews and assessments, and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in recruitment events
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
- Collaborating with other HR functions to ensure a seamless hiring experience
