This role requires someone who can navigate niche markets, identify hard-to-find talent, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of proactive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment — ideally within technology or engineering industries
- 3+ years in a corporate in-house recruiting role combined with 2+ years of agency professional recruiting experience
- Proven ability to source and fill mid- to senior-level roles within sales/technical/engineering functions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing a high requisition volume without compromising on candidate quality or stakeholder experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability — responsive, proactive, and collaborative, with clear and consistent communication
