Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking an energetic, sharp, and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with exceptional sourcing capability and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires someone who can navigate niche markets, identify hard-to-find talent, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of proactive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment — ideally within technology or engineering industries
• 3+ years in a corporate in-house recruiting role combined with 2+ years of agency professional recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source and fill mid- to senior-level roles within sales/technical/engineering functions
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing a high requisition volume without compromising on candidate quality or stakeholder experience
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capability — responsive, proactive, and collaborative, with clear and consistent communication
