VIE - Process & Method Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a VIE - Process & Method Engineer to optimize production flows, co-engineer and define Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM), and develop assembly sequences and work instructions. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates to ensure compliance with project quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• First experience in process industry, railways, or factory automation
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (earthing & bonding, cabling, protection, instrumentation, etc.)
• Strong leadership and result-driven mindset
• Ability to foster communication between multiple stakeholders
• Negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
