Job Description
We're looking for a Methods & Tooling Engineer VIE to join our team in Charleroi, Belgium. As a full-time employee, you'll play a vital role in optimizing production processes to enhance quality, cost, and delivery performance. You'll design and improve manufacturing processes, train workers and managers, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialization
- Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
