AltaMed is seeking a Patient Services Advocate II to welcome and attend to the needs of patients, creating a positive front office patient experience. The Advocate will function as a member of the healthcare team, assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
• Valid BLS certification or higher
