AltaMed is seeking a Patient Services Advocate II - Dental to create a positive front office patient experience and provide exceptional care to patients.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
- Valid BLS certification or higher
