AltaMed is looking for a Patient Services Advocate II - Dental to provide excellent patient care and experience, with a focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
