Registered Nurse Manager

AltaMed is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead nursing patient care services at an assigned clinic or Patient Service Center. The Manager will collaborate with leadership teams to achieve quality, patient satisfaction, and financial goals, and will be responsible for planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of clinical care services/programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, in lieu of a degree, 4 or more years of leadership experience
• Master's degree in health services, business administration, or management preferred
• Current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting; ambulatory care setting preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with audits and healthcare inspections preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese preferred
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is required
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
