Customer Service Representative

Are you someone who quickly connects the dots, isn't afraid of data and technology (like APIs or user interfaces), and can explain complex matters clearly and simply? Do you recognize the urgency in customer inquiries and know exactly how to respond? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, sister offices, and other departments.

• Language is your strength! You communicate clearly and convincingly in English, Dutch, and French;
• You see opportunities where others see problems. With your solution-oriented approach, you turn every challenge into a success;
• Complexity? You love it! You quickly understand the context and can clearly identify distinguishing elements;
• Empathetic and stress-resistant. You effortlessly put yourself in the client's shoes, remain calm under pressure, and always maintain an overview;
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) degree, and financial figures don't intimidate you;
• Tech-savvy, you are familiar with Microsoft 365/Office (O365) and quickly learn new tools;
• Flexible and dedicated;
• You are available to start at 8:30 AM or work until 5:00 PM according to your schedule.
