#BuildTheFuture - Chef de Projet Industriel (H/F)

ALTEN is looking for an Industrial Project Manager to lead a project team in putting a jet engine part into production, ensure project delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. The main mission is to animate the project team, pilot the tracking of industrialization, and lead the project team involved in industrialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in Materials, Manufacturing Processes, Mechanics, or equivalent
• 3 years or more of experience in a demanding industrial environment (aeronautics, defense, automotive, energy...)
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of industrialization processes (e.g. DVI, PPAP), Knowledge of metal/composite part manufacturing processes, machines (machine tools), control and measurement means, industrial ovens
• Personal Qualities: Leadership ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, Ability to manage projects in a complex environment, Good interpersonal skills and customer service sense
