#BuildTheFuture - Pilote Investissement (H/F)

ALTEN is looking for bold engineers to join their specialized teams in the Aerospace, Spatial, and Defense (ASD) sectors. The main mission of an Investment Pilot at ALTEN is to lead a project team aiming to put industrial means into service, ensure project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Materials, Manufacturing Processes, Mechanics, or equivalent
• Experience of 3 years or more in an industrial environment in maintenance or production requiring (aerospace, defense, automotive, energy...)
• Technical skills: Knowledge of metal/composite part manufacturing processes, machines (machine tools), control and measurement means, industrial ovens
• Technical knowledge of productivity tools: xDC transfers, Automation, GenAI, Scope management, On boarding
• Personal qualities: Leadership capacity to pilot and manage transverse teams, Ability to manage projects in a complex environment, Good interpersonal skills and client service sense, Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and synthesis spirit
• Languages and mobility: Technical English required (documentation, client/fornecedor exchanges)
