Altenar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SaaS Administrator to manage, optimise, and support our suite of cloud-based applications. The candidate must be passionate about troubleshooting, very organised and responsible, and enjoy solving people’s IT queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, IT coordination, or CIT-related roles
- Proven experience managing SaaS platforms in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of key IT security concepts and knowledge of ISO27001 requirements
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
