Job description
The Implementation Consultant will apply detailed knowledge of Altera's products and solutions to implement and support Altera software at client sites. They will collaborate across Altera teams to deliver client solutions and successful project outcomes. The role involves performing project workplan tasks, system configuration, and workflow consultation.
The Implementation Consultant will perform system configuration tasks, provide system configuration consultation to clients, and identify and resolve system and workflow issues. They will also provide activation and go-live support, meet utilization targets, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant work experience, advanced knowledge of Altera solutions and Paragon products, and experience with software implementation, workflow consulting, system configuration, and client support.
