Home Health LPN

Home health agency servicing patients in the Chicagoland area with home nursing and therapy needs. Responsibilities include patient assessment and observation, medication administration, and health promotion.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; LPN Program
• Current and unrestricted licensure in IL
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Be able to work and travel independently
• Knowledge of basic computer operations such as typing, Windows OS, internet, and email
• CPR certified
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written skills
• At least 3 year of clinical patient care experience in hospital or other clinical setting
• Preferred at least 1 year home health visiting experience
