Lodging Maintenance Technician Level II - Year Round

The Maintenance Technician Level II is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and doing repairs within lodging properties and common areas. The role requires mid-level maintenance skills and ability to work with various chemicals, operate company vehicles, and perform heavy lifting.

Requirements

• Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills
• CPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicals
• Able to work on ladders and scaffoldings, use power tools and equipment
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic hand tools required; specialty tools provided
