Job Description
As an Inbound Process and Data Analyst, you drive timely and accurate decision-making by leveraging data analysis and implementing technological tools within the department. Your mission is to identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an analyst
- College or University degree in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup), PowerBI or Tableau, and knowledge of coding
- Solid understanding of logistics operations, supply chain, and inbound management technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
