As a Team Lead - Stocks, you will coordinate the execution of operational processes while ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, and safety objectives, leading a team of associates to ensure efficient performance aligned with company standards. The role requires 1+ years of experience in ecommerce or in a fast-paced work environment, with a college diploma or relevant work experience in logistics or operations. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Requirements

• Prepare daily tasks for the team based on established operational priorities and objectives
• Lead daily shift start meetings to assign goals (KPIs/SLAs) and necessary working tools
• Monitor the correct execution of standard operating procedures and FIFO inventory policies
• Oversee compliance with assigned performance metrics such as UPH and task completion
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure high performance
• Ensure team compliance with occupational health and safety standards and report incidents
• Update performance and payment information accurately in systems like Agendrix and Takt
• Distribute shift reports highlighting resources used, results achieved, and difficulties encountered
• Implement corrective actions or contingency plans to mitigate negative impacts on performance
• Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives like LEAN
