The Mold Maintenance Technician maintains and rebuilds injection and blow molds to ensure optimal production performance.

Requirements

Perform mold repair and corrective maintenance.
Disassemble and reassemble molds.
Investigate and troubleshoot molding issues.
Clean mold components.
Execute preventive maintenance.
Conduct precision measurements.
Operate overhead cranes safely.
Assist with mold changeovers.
Complete documentation.
Support safety and continuous improvement.
Follow all safety requirements.
Perform standing job for 8 to 12 consecutive hours (depending on shift length).
Remain stationery for extended periods of time.
Move around Tool Room floor.
Move, adjust, and position anywhere from 10 to 45 pounds.
Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during a consecutive 8- to 12-hour period (depending on shift length).
Frequent standing and bench work.
Work in manufacturing environment.
