Mold Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

The Mold Maintenance Technician maintains and rebuilds injection and blow molds to ensure optimal production performance. The job involves performing mold repair and corrective maintenance, investigating and troubleshooting molding issues, and supporting safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years mold maintenance or related experience
• Skill in mold teardown and rebuild
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools
• Overhead Crane/rigging experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with injection or blow molding
• Knowledge of hot runner systems
• Light lathe/mill machining and welding experience
• Understanding of ISO, GMP, 5S
