Préposé au contrôle de la qualité will conduct audits, tests and measurements on finished products to ensure customer standards are met, following the company's Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements

• Ensure respect of company and factory safety standards, as well as applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory bodies.
• Apply statistical tools and techniques to monitor factory and product performance.
• Conduct laboratory tests and take samples at established intervals.
• Audit compliance with BPF policies.
• Perform inspections of processes during molding, packaging and loading.
• Inspect incoming raw materials.
• Perform dimensional checks and write reports on products.
• Perform in-process inspections of manufactured products during molding, packaging and loading.
• Perform cyclic counts and/or inventory of finished products as needed.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
