Requirements

• Complete daily quality inspections and observe production processes
• Release finished products after inspection
• Verify and issue certificates of conformity
• Evaluate non-conforming products and collaborate with production, finishing, and shipping supervisors
• Provide quality control support to the finishing and production departments
• Make recommendations for process improvements
• Use laboratory equipment to perform tests
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Be able to lift boxes of products weighing up to +/- 25lbs
• Assist in reinforcing BPF, BPD, HACCP, and quality procedures
