Job Description
As an Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our Los Angeles office, overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting executive priorities, and helping build an energizing, well-run workplace experience. You'll play a critical role in keeping the team focused, organized, and moving forward.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or operations in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives with autonomy
