Job Description
Altos Labs is seeking an experienced Scientist, Formulation Development, to join the Technical Operations team within the Institute of Medicine. The candidate will perform formulation development for Altos' small molecule and oligonucleotide programs, and support development and manufacturing at Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs).
Requirements
- M.S. with 6+ years or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience in the formulation, process development, and manufacturing of small molecule drug products
- Experience in preformulation characterization and analytical testing
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to shifting priorities and tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
