Compliance Director

Altruist is looking for a Compliance Director to join their Compliance team. The role will serve as a key compliance leader for clearing operations, providing expert guidance across clearing products and services and supporting firm-wide regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on compliance experience at a FINRA-member broker-dealer
• Deep knowledge of clearing operations
• Strong knowledge of FINRA and SEC rules
• Active Series 7 and Series 24 licenses
• Series 4 license required within 90 days
• B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields
• Technical aptitude
• Strong communication skills

• Creative problem solving
