Lead Corporate Actions Analyst

Altruist is seeking a Lead Corporate Actions Analyst to join their expanding Operations team. The role involves owning the full event lifecycle from announcement through allocation and reconciliation, and requires strong technical knowledge and process optimization skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in brokerage, clearing, or custody operations focused on corporate actions, dividends, or income processing
• Strong working knowledge of DTCC PBS
• Deep understanding of mandatory and voluntary event types, timelines, market standards, and tax/cost-basis implications
• Securities licenses - Series 7 and 24 required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
