Senior Corporate Actions Analyst

Altruist is hiring a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their expanding Operations team. The role involves owning the full event lifecycle, stabilizing and documenting current workflows, and enhancing controls and efficiency. The ideal candidate has deep operational and technical knowledge and can lead modernization, automation, and control initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in brokerage, clearing, or custody operations focused on corporate actions, dividends, or income processing
• Strong working knowledge of DTCC PBS
• Deep understanding of mandatory and voluntary event types, timelines, market standards, and tax/cost-basis implications
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Securities licenses: Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred (or ability to obtain)
