Sales Enablement Manager

Altruist is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own the sales operating system and drive predictable, scalable performance across client-facing teams. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership, and a proven ability to drive adoption and behavior change across sales teams.

• 5-8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership
• Proven ability to drive adoption and behavior change across sales teams
• Strong process design and program management skills
• High level of analytical fluency
• Strong bias toward clarity, simplicity, and accountability in how teams sell and how leaders manage
