Requirements
- File records away in alphabetical or numerical order
- Code files for proper placement
- Retrieve files as necessary
- Clean and maintain file space
- Receptionist coverage (answer phones and operate switchboard)
- Modify or purge files with appropriate permission
- Process and scan files for entry into computer in digital database
- Create new file folders and files
- Light data entry
- Store and extract file information from database
- Perform basic office duties, copying, faxing, and scanning
- Prepare coffee in file room
- Assist in coffee or lunch setup in conference rooms for customer visits when needed
- Aid people in retrieving documents in filing cabinets or electronic storage
- Embrace and promote the company’s culture beliefs as a means to achieve the Key Results
- Conduct yourself in accordance with Aluminum Precision Products Employee Code of Conduct
- Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by APP Leadership
