As a Human Resources Generalist, you will perform professional HR-related duties, working closely with employees and management to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Develops, implements and administers various Human Resources plans, policies and procedures.
• Maintains strict confidentiality when working with APP’s people and information.
• Participates in the development of company and departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
• Carries out responsibilities in areas such as Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Training and Development, Performance Management, Labor and Employee Relations, Succession Planning, and HR Data and Analytics.
