Production Lead - 1st Shift

Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is seeking a Production Lead to assist in the direction of assigned work activities in the Press department. The successful candidate will instruct, direct, and inform employees on work to be performed, while continuing to perform their regular job duties.

Requirements

• Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Perform all functions of a Press Operator.
• Provide work direction, instruction, feedback, and assist Press Department team in performance of job duties.
