Production Lead - 1st Shift

Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is seeking a Production Lead - 1st Shift to assist the supervisor in the direction of assigned work activities and instruct employees on work to be performed.

Requirements

• Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time is critical as attendance is vital to our operation.
• Perform all functions of a Press Operator.
• Provide work direction, instruction, feedback and assist Press Department team in performance of job duties.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with employees across all levels and departments within APP.
• Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager.
