Alva Labs is a startup building an AI-first Hiring System, and we're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The role will involve designing data models, building ELT pipelines, and ensuring data quality to drive product and business decisions.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
- Experience in implementing data governance practices and monitoring data quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working across functions with product, design, engineers, and researchers.
- Fluent English is a requirement for this role.
