At Alveo Technologies, we are reshaping diagnostics for a healthier and more sustainable future. We are looking for a Field Applications and Technical Support Specialist who can bridge cultures and languages to help our customers succeed and grow our exciting innovative technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 6+ years of experience in customer service in scientific and technology platforms equivalent experience.
- Proficiency (spoken and written) in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally and internationally, up to 40%
