Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong technical curiosity or interest in renewable energy or connected devices
- Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – trainings are held in English)
- Advanced 2nd language skills: French/German/Dutch/Italian/Portugal/Spanish (minimum C1 level)
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
