We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst with strong language skills to join our growing support teams. You will provide customer support via phone, chat, and email, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- One of the following languages at B2–C1 level: German, French, Dutch
- Customer support or technical support experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Budapest and/or Debrecen
