Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills (B2)

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or BPO is a plus
