Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)

- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and common troubleshooting tools
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple conversations with care and clarity
- Previous BPO, customer support, or helpdesk experience is a big plus
