High school diploma or equivalent, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills required

2+ years of customer support or BPO experience, fluency in German and strong English communication skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, excellent communication skills, and good command of written and spoken Dutch and English

Degree in HR, Business, or related field, HR administration experiences, and strong administrative and organizational skills
