As an Italian-speaking Customer Success Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to ensure they get the most value out of our products and services. You’ll manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to drive success.
Requirements
- Technical skills: Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship
- Previous experience working with SAP, Salesforce and Gainsight or similar CRM platform are an advantage
- Behavior: Strong customer-centric mindset
- Empathy and great listening skills
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills (spoken and written)
- Structured approach, with great organization and time management
- “Can-do” attitude in a dynamic work environment
- Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]: A High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred
- Previous experience in BPO and Customer Success or Account Management role Customer Service and/or account management
- Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document
- Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Italian (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension)
