Amana is seeking a Human Capital Specialist - Business Partner to manage and support employee relations matters to ensure a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations
- Previous work experience in construction or general contracting industry is preferred.
- Preferably holds a CIPD, SHRM, or any other recognized professional HR certification.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
