The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to various teams across Mirai, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee experience within a dynamic, innovation-driven, and tech-centric environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 + years' experience as an HRBP or in Organizational Development within dynamic environments, preferably in gaming, tech, or digital media sectors.
- Strong knowledge of OD concepts, performance management, change management, and org design.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
