BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for a systemic and versatile HR Business Partner to join our team and serve as a strategic link between business objectives and our people.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and the nuances of the Middle Eastern talent market
- Proactive mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
