Requirements

• Minimum Diploma III education
• Experience in responsible management of branches
• Experience in leading more than 5-10 team members
• At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as Business Manager / Leader (preferably from SystemGrameen Bank / Microfinance)
• Can draft a sales and marketing strategy as a team package to achieve the target
• Have a private car and SIM C
• Available to be placed in Amartha's working area in Luwuk Banggai
