Ensure all branch KPIs in the regional scope are met effectively, and branch operations in the area can run smoothly through human resource fulfillment and management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III education
- Having experience in responsible management of branches
- Experienced in leading more than 5-10 team members
- Having experience of at least 2 years in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader (SystemGrameen Bank / Microfinance institutions preferred)
- Able to formulate sales and marketing strategies as a team to achieve targets
- Having a personal vehicle and SIM C
- Willing to be placed in Amartha's work area in the Parigi Moutong Area
